Sales Support Coordinator

We're looking for a driven and detail oriented Sales Support Coordinator. Responsible for each step of the prospective customer sales cycle, the Sales Support Coordinator will be a motivated team player. From receiving marketing generated leads to navigating new customers through the sign-up process, our they will have a confident sales mind and successfully keep prospective customers engaged while managing lead assignment throughout the entire sales team. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all sales leads generated by marketing to each sales rep.
  • Manage the lead qualifying process through follow-up, online research, and utilization of internal sales tools and CRM system.
  • Schedule demos for sales reps and coordinate internal calendars.
  • Assist sales reps with the organization of all sales collateral delivered to prospective customers, both pre and post-demo.
  • Support many administrative aspects of day-to-day sales operations.
  • Align goals with each area of sales.

Abilities and Knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong phone skills with exceptional track record of daily dials.   
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive, quick learner, who is a true team player.

Required:

At least one year of experience utilizing a CRM system to manage customer accounts.
Prior experience working in sales or customer service.

Preferred:

SaaS sales experience.
Experience working with marketing automation software.
Administrative sales experience.
