Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for an amazing Inside Sales Representative that will be responsible for selling Bolste software to prospective businesses across the United States. The ideal candidate will take prospects and convert them into customers by demonstrating the software and its importance to their businesses. 

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
  • Respond to inbound sales leads in a prompt and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects to educate businesses on the benefits of using Bolste
  • Manage the sales pipeline for your book of business using Salesforce
  • Generate interest in Bolste and create a sense of urgency for conversion
  • Follow up with prospects to address questions, objections and nurture prospects to close sales
  • Handle the closing process, including customer signup and handoff to the onboarding team

Skills and Qualifications

  • A true closer who thrives in a fast paced, quick sales cycle environment
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to communicate with varying levels of staff and management throughout the entire sales cycle
  • "Meet high goals” transforms into “loves overachieving,” “not satisfied with second place,” or “accomplishing things other people fear putting on their to-do lists”
  • A team player who is first in line to help a team member in need
